Application of release agents in moulds for zinc die casting. Prior to the casting process, a carrier with 6 Spraymat® nozzles travels between the moulds and sprays them for 5 seconds. The even application successfully prevents the finished die cast components from sticking to the mould and this has resulted in a greatly improved surface quality.
