Bending of copper closed circular pipelines with Lubrimat®. The rolls are sprayed during the bending process. Consequently, the copper no longer sticks to the roll coils and the finished products do not have to be reworked.
Calibration of valve chanels with Spraymat®.
Calibration of cylindrical gears made of forged steel for automatic transmission cars. The trapezoidal section is calibrated on a hydraulic press using a mould made of hardened tool steel. The workpiece is sprayed by 6 nozzles of Lubrimat®. This has meant a considerable reduction in oil consumption and processing time.

Punching of fixing drill holes and clearances in door furniture (St37, cold rolled, 1,500 mm long, 25 mm wide) lubricated with Pulsomat®. The cleaning of the parts prior to final coating is no longer necessary.
